When I was a little girl, growing up in Southwest Georgia, I was a Brownie. Brownie’s were the stage before Girl Scouts and similar in concept. One of our projects was to raise money for what was then called ALSAC. It stood for the Aide to Leukemia Stricken American children. Our troop raised enough money that we were able to travel to visit the Hospital and all the Children being helped there. I have been supporting St. Jude’s ever since, and I am happy to share that we will be donating 10% of all profits from shaynasophia.com to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital – where no family ever receives a bill.
